Thursday, February 13th (6-9pm), we will be working with The Glass Garage (215 C St, Eureka) to host a “meet and greet” party to kick off the Humboldt Marble Weekend. Come meet marble artists, collectors, and hunters from all over the world.

Kinetic Team Half-Fast will be cooking a vegetarian chili-feed, the good folks from The Clarke Museum will be pouring beer and wine, DJ Goldilocks will be  spinning a funk and disco focused vinyl set, intermixed with the Loud Neighbors Band heating things up with their toe tapping brass renditions of contemporary titles.

Throughout the night we will be busy in the Glass Garage working on a multi-artist 3"+ Mega-Collab marble. Artists from all over the country will be donating small pieces that will eventually be made into a giant marble with amazing views from all angles. This marble will be donated to the Clarke Museum to be part of their permanent collection.
